Items out of Stock

We aim to fill the majority of orders from stock, and orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days. However if we are out of stock on any item we will let you know and the remainder of your order will be dispatched as soon as it becomes available. You will not be charged for additional delivery. We can’t take responsibility for being unable to fulfil any part of your order.

Damaged/Missing Goods

Please allow about 10 days before contacting us about a missing order. Please note we do not take responsibility for lost items in the post. After 15 days if your order hasn’t been delivered we will dispatch your goods again and ask for your co-operation in seeking compensation for lost post. On occasion we may use a courier to deliver your goods; this will be by arrangement with you and terms will be varied accordingly.
Please do not accept any package if it appears damaged in any way, and notify us within 2 days of delivery if you have refused the package, or if items are missing from the package. If you have accepted a damaged package, please photograph it before opening.

Prices

We aim to ensure that our products are competitively priced. All prices shown on this site are inclusive of VAT at 20% and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are in GBP £ Sterling.
Discounts
Any discount codes are only valid for the term stated. Discounts cannot be exchanged, and are only valid on the specified item(s).

Returning Goods

If you are not satisfied with your products, please get in touch with us to see if we can rectify the situation. If you still wish to return the goods any time from placing the order up to 7 days from delivery. You must notify us in writing of your cancellation of order, and the cost for returning the goods will be your responsibility.
The goods must be returned undamaged so that they can be resold and you will receive a full refund, excluding postage costs, within 30 days of their return. Goods which have been used or damaged by the customer cannot be refunded.
Goods which have been ordered as a special item or bought in as a special request (ie not a stock item) cannot be refunded. Refunds are not allowed on samples or on downloadable products.

Cancelling Orders

You can amend or cancel your order within 12 hours of ordering. Please email us at info@theprolificcrafter.co.uk to make changes to your order.

Product Advice

Due to the nature of the products that we sell there may be variations in the end result, therefore we suggest you take the following measures:

– always sample/swatch before starting your project
– order enough material to complete your project

Whilst we are happy to give advice on our products and their use, we cannot accept responsibility or liability as conditions of use are beyond our control.
All dyed products are colour matched commercially but please note that there could be a slight variation from dye batch to dye batch.
We can send samples of some products on request for a small charge . Please contact us if you need samples and we will try to accommodate your wishes.

Colours

We have done our best to ensure that the product colours featured on this web site are as accurate to actual product colours as possible, however due to different screen settings and resolutions it is impossible for these to be 100% accurate.
