The Clover Punch Tool has 5 barbed needles for quick felting. When not in use there is a lockable guard to keep needles safely away.
Ideal for at the start and ends of projects, to quickly felt down core, or to evenly felt a top coat on.
Each tool comes with 5 fine needles already inserted.
